The Position: As an Urban Designer, you will be responsible for concept generation and delivery of a number of large-scale masterplans. You will report to our Associate of Urban Design, while working closely with a vibrant multi-disciplinary team of architectural, design and landscape professionals. Skills and Requirements: • A professional degree in Architecture with a Masters in Urban Designer and/or Landscape. • 2-6 years post-qualification experience working on medium and/or large-scale urban design/master planning projects (project experience from the Middle East is a plus). • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English - spoken and written (Arabic is a plus). • Strong ability with Rhino and Adobe Suite (Grasshopper is a plus). • Understanding of various urban systems and ability to coordinate disciplines including transportation, landscaping, environmental engineering, technology and social integration. • Understanding of land use programming, building, open space and planning typologies. • Exhibit a stellar design approach and talent.
