The exterior design of this house is a testament to contemporary elegance and timeless simplicity. Clean lines and a harmonious blend of materials, including stone, wood, metal, and glass, create a modern façade that integrates with the surrounding environment.
Large windows allow abundant natural light to permeate the interior, fostering a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
During the rehabilitation process, special care was taken to preserve and enhance the distinctive canopy of the house. The canopy’s original design was maintained, with meticulous restoration efforts to ensure the sleek lines and strategic placement remained intact.
This canopy adds a unique visual identity, creating a harmonious interplay of light and shadow while offering shelter, it stands as a symbolic representation of thoughtful architecture.
The landscape architecture of IK HOUSE embodies a modern Japanese design ethos, incorporating a carefully composition of architectural elements. Sleek pathways, characterized by meticulous alignments, navigate through thoughtfully curated green spaces, creating dynamic interplay of positive and negative spaces.

The modern fence, seamlessly integrated into the overall scheme, provides both functional enclosure and contemporary architectural aesthetic touch.

The sunroom in this project stands as a luminous sanctuary, adorned with two strategically positioned skylights that invite the warmth and radiance of the sun to gracefully illuminate the space. Comprising a well-appointed bed and a thoughtfully designed living area, the room seamlessly integrates relaxation with functionality. A private bath offers a retreat within this sunlit haven, ensuring a luxurious and convenient living experience.
